Reservations are
not taken by phone
or email unless
specifically stated otherwise for certain special events (no
outings). You must be a
current member (Membership Info) in good standing to attend
our outings and other activities unless specifically stated
otherwise. Please
follow the instructions in our member eNewsletter to RSVP for an
event/activity.

Please
email us with your comments, suggestions and feedback on our
group and website. As a volunteer-run club, we rely on the help of
our members to make improvements.
Questions
about our group?
We
welcome and encourage inquiries about our group but please look through
the website for answers to your general questions before contacting our volunteers. Most
general questions/inquiries we receive can
be answered in the About Us, Events,
and/or FAQ sections.

us with your comments, suggestions, feedback, or questions
(not answered
on our website):
Please
be aware that we do not have any staff, the leaders and organizers of our group are volunteers and their time is limited due work, school,
and/or other
responsibilities, therefore, you may not get an immediate reply to
your email or phone message. Your courteously and understanding is appreciated.

Please indicate if you are a member or not and if so, please
include your membership number.

Please
limit phone calls to 9am-10:30pm with the best times to reach someone
being non-workday hours (after 7pm weekdays or weekends). If you
receive voice mail, please include a number where you can be reached,
preferably during non-workday hours in addition to a daytime
number, and what hours you are available for each number.
If your
call is of an urgent nature (event deadline, etc.) or
a B2B/vendor call, we will also try to return those calls during the day
when possible.
